You will define a hiring roadmap that maximizes production efficiency and effectiveness, and you’ll play a leading role in the hiring, coaching, and training efforts for that workforce, as well as setting a culture in the facility consistent with Bowery’s values

You will be responsible for the safety and health of the facility’s people, plants, and equipment by ensuring adherence to OSHA, GAP/GMP, HACCP and other safety standards

You will interact regularly with systems designers and industrial engineers to continue to optimize the farm production system for current and future farms, and you’ll help to define software development priorities for Bowery’s production management systems

You will work regularly with the sales and account management teams to ensure that customer feedback and customer operating norms are driving improvements to farm operations
